Boasting panoramic city views, this garden grows exceptional produce that supports the culinary needs of Executive Chef Chris Jarman and his team, providing fresh ingredients straight from the rooftop to the kitchen. The space is a testament to sustainable urban agriculture, elevating both the dining experience and the city landscape. 

In addition to its role in food production, the garden offers workshops and volunteering opportunities for staff, fostering a sense of community and engagement. It also supports various wildlife habitats, making it an integral part of the company’s broader sustainability program.
