Urban Organic took on the management of the prestigious Skyline Garden on Coutts bank in early 2015, to tend and develop the four large garden terraces for Executive Chef Peter Fiori and his team. The garden boasts dozens of different types of fruit, vegetables and ornamental plants, including many exotic and unusual varieties such as saffron, wasabi, kiwis, pepinos, Sichuan pepper and Chilean guava.
This groundbreaking rooftop garden now yields thousands of pounds’ worth of fresh produce for the bank's hospitality offering and serves as a beacon of sustainability and innovation in urban agriculture.
Beyond its culinary contribution, the Skyline Garden serves as a hub for engagement and inspiration - hosting tours, tasting events, and workshops that highlight the transformative potential of edible landscaping.
